Homely & spotless place, lovely staff. I loved the warm enough room and clean bathroom. Good choice of cereal, cookies, yogurt, jam and scrambled eggs at breakfast. Ideal location, within walking distance of nice quiet area.

Spectacular location, unique rooms, awesome breakfast. Absolutely fabulous view of river. And I loved the own bathroom. Excellent service, responsive and supportive staff.

cheap rooms and an above average breakfast, fabulous base for visiting bakersfield. the staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. staff was pretty, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to downtown.

My room had not so good view.
